This event brings awareness to the after-school programs that keep the lights on after-school for the youth in our community. The Mayor of Havre de Grace will be in attendance for a meet and greet. The City of Havre de Grace will light up downtown and the lighthouse in blue for the event. There will also be a lantern release.
